TEAS: Test of Essential Academic Skills - Marietta

TEAS is the entrance test given to prospective nursing students. It was developed in order to measure basic essential skills in Reading, Mathematics, Science and English & Language Usage. Students must pay $50 per exam and pre-register at least 5 business days in advance of the test date, which is by 4pm on the Friday of the week prior to the exam. You must pay when you register. There are NO REFUNDS for students cancelling less than 5 days before the exam. Each test date has limited space so please register early. All Special Accommodations must be approved through Student Support Services by the registration deadline for the exam. The new PN nursing admission criteria states that students may take the test once every six months. Exams are computer-based and Photo ID is required for admission to test. Cell phones and other electronic devices are NOT allowed. No calculators are allowed. No one will be admitted after the test starts. Total allotted time for exam is 3 hr 29 minutes.
